How do I return/exchange something?

Exchange and Return Policy. Due to the nature of our undergarments, some items may not be returnable.  Ribbons and Bows will gladly exchange or issue a store credit for all other items within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt; items in their original condition and all tags still attached.  Store Credit will have an expiration date of up to one year from original purchase date.

If you are returning a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping. When we process your return, a fee of $10 will be deducted from your return credit. We recommend using an insured, traceable method and we will not be held accountable for lost packages.
